Thanks for entering the 11th Annual All Night Woody tournament at Victory Lane Sports Park!

Please make sure that you bring your USSSA roster along with proof of insurance and copies of birth certificates.

Checks for the team registration should be made out to Victory Lane Sports Park. You can also pay by CC by phone or in person.

Park Admission - There is a $4 gate charge per day for adults and non-players age 13 and older.

Two coaches and the players from each baseball team do not have a gate charge (team checklist at the gate).

Please refer to our park policies regarding food/drinks and pets, etc. Please make sure all of your familes and friends are aware of our policies including the information below.

Ball teams are allowed to bring in a round 5 gallon water cooler for their dugout that can contain water & ice or towels with ice (no bottled products). The park is not responsible for furnishing water and ice for these coolers.

No ice chests or coolers of any size or type will be allowed in the park. Players and spectators are allowed to bring in 1 to 2 gallon jugs that can contain water & ice (no bottle products in coolers).

FYI - Motor homes must contact the park prior to the event to get permission to park here. These vehicles must be parked in the back rows of the SOUTH WEST parking lot away from the fields. Absolutely no barbecuing or outside alcohol is allowed on the park property (county land). The Sheriff and Phx Police patrol the Adobe Dam park area daily ... our park staff will be monitoring as well.

Here are some things that will be going on this weekend ... please let your parents and friends know about these items.

Tournament T-Shirts - Limited supply of Woody shirts $17 each.

Tournament Players - Woody BB Card Raffle - Each player will get an MLB baseball player card from the 1990's - 2000's from your manager. We will announce winning cards during the night (listen for the pro player's name). Pick up their prize at the front area under the red shade during the tournament.

Wiffle Ball Homerun Derby 7:30pm-11:30pm. - Wiffle Ball HR Derby (Killebrew Field) (ticket) – Each player will get a ticket to enter the HR Derby. This ticket is good for 5 swings over at the youth ball field in the middle of the park. There will be 2 age groups (11U-12U group & 13U-14U group) ... top three scores in each age group will come back later for playoffs with the champs winning a prize. NO metal or plastic cleats can be worn on the youth field!

Corn Hole Courts - After the HR Derby is over there will be corn hole games set up on that field for casual play until 1:00am. Food and drink items cannot be brought on the rubber field area.
